Wish we were there.
75 degrees on Saturday- Snow on Sunday
This sort of weather really does happen- it did just this weekend! Yesterday we took a great hike is was 75 degrees and today it snowed. Here are some photos from Mark's first snow. For the record Mark did not like getting dressed up in warm weather gear- nor was he very happy about the cold snow and wind on his face.

Those are socks with threads on them on his hands- not bare fingers out in the cold like it looks.

Hiking!
Tim, Mark and I went on an amazing hike yesterday. It was only about 45 minutes from our house so we will definately go back. I had picked out a nice flat hike because I was pretty tired, but we ended up going on a not flat at all hike. In fact is was steep enough that I almost had us turn around in the middle. But, I am glad I didn't. The view from the top was the best view we have seen yet. I tried to take pictures of it, but I don't think they compare to seeing it in person.
this one is actually from my mom and baby hike on thursday (the reason I wanted a flat hike)
This is on the way up- before it got steep

Mark getting ready for a new diaper at the top- he was so cute in his diaper that matched his socks I couldn't resist
The view- wow

Oh - it has been a while
I guess I have been busy. Everyone is doing well here. Mom, Dad and Sarah hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back up on Thursday - it's a really long way check out mom and dad's blog for photos.
Mark has been growing and playing. We haven't had another night that he slept through, but we are anxiously awaiting one. We recently went to the zoo, for a hike and to watch Lisa play rugby. Here are a few pictures from the last week.

Mark sleeps through the night!
Of course at this age that is offically 5 hours. He had been consistantly sleeping 10-2-5, but stopped that schedule when he got his two month shots on Monday. Mon , tue, wed he was up at least every few hours, and not his normal happy self. Last night he was asleep at 10 and didn't wake up to eat until 4:45. I, of course, woke up at 3:30 and freaked out that he had not gotten up yet, I spent a good long time watching him breathe. I am sure that it will take a while before this is a standard schedule for him, but it is nice to know it is coming.
Here are some picutes of him with my Dad. Dad came through Denver on Tuesday and picked up Mom, they will be back in a fews on their vacation on the way to the Grand Canyon.
