Some new things to discover

Dadda's face is fun to touch.

I can grab this and pull it toward me- I wish I could get it in my mouth.

I like my new teddy bear from Nana- it is easy to pull to my face.

sunday

Mark is parking his new matchbox cars in their "garage" which is the box that his new big fire engine came in.

Lilly

Lilly is so cute. We had some photos taken and she was not happy about it at all. But I love how she is happy snuggled into my arm and holding my hand.

Pop Pop and Nana visit

Pop Pop and Nana had their Christmas visit with us this weekend. Marty couldn't get much time off so it was very short- but it was nice to have them here. The kids had a great time with them. We went to the mountains to get a tree and then decorated ti. And Mark got to open his Christmas presents from them- he sure is a lucky boy! His favorite is a large fire engine- he skipped dinner last night to play with it- and started again immediately after waking up this morning.

Still cute around here

Toes! LIlly was having so much fun with her toes that I left them out after her diaper change. She kept putting them on the mirror too.

A fun afternoon

We took a trip to Little Monkey Business yesterday and had a good time. Lilly is having a great time riding around in the moby these days. She loves looking around when she is awake and snuggling up when she is sleepy. I am really glad she likes it now, the first few times we tried it she wasn't happy in it.

The Start of the Christmas season

Last night we went to the tree lighting in Littleton. It was really fun. They have all the lights off and the roads are closed and packed with people Santa comes down on a float from the court house. As he gets to the start of each block they light up the trees on that block. Then at the end of the street there is one big Christmas Tree. It was a really good time and I think will be something we will try and make a tradition. Mark got to spend a lot of time on Tim's shoulders and Lilly slept through pretty much the whole thing.

Lilly was not impressed with my attempt to get a family photo

This super fun train was set up at the mall. Mark was the only driver and had a great time on it. We had to carry him away.

Thanksgiving

We had a good Thanksgiving. Lisa and Betty came over. We had way too much food- of course. and then took a walk to the park.

Holding my hand

This is my favorite shirt- it is cute and thick and soft.

More posts

My dad keeps telling me I need to put up more photos of the kiddos- so I am going to try.

Our big news around here is that Mark is potty training. It is going really well- usually one accident a day in the late afternoon when we are all getting tired and Tim isn't home yet. He has had only two accidents at Jamie's house in the three weeks he has been diaper free.

Also he is napping a few days a week again- he hasn't regularly napped since the spring. This is great! It does push bedtime back- but Tim is home to help then :)

Potty training means that there are stairs in the bathroom so he can get up and wash his hands. He is very happy to have access to water.
