Avon has a nice lake and very large park surrounding it. It is one of the best features of the town.
Sometimes I am struck at how different my kids are. Looking at this photo is one of those times. Mark had a lot of issues with texture and messes. At 2 he was still unwilling to have sand under his feet without shoes on, which was an improvement from the year before when he refused to touch the sand in anyway- even when at the beach all day he wouldn't sit or stand on the towel on the beach.
The park has pretty level paved trails- perfect for our new bike rider.
